Lauded as the face of new Filipino cuisine, Jordy’s food is inventive yet firmly rooted in tradition. Having spent time in the kitchens of Fat Duck and Bo Innovation, Jordy opened Toyo Eatery to champion the diversity of the country’s regional flavors and local produce.

Toyo’s plates speak of a rediscovery of Filipino food tradition, with inspiration derived from everywhere, be it a street corner Filipino barbecue or a children’s folk song.

We are open for Lunch from Tuesday to Friday 11:30 am to 3:00 pm , and Dinner from Monday to Saturday 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Last order for dinner at 10:30 pm.
We are closed on Sunday.
