Darren Teoh and Dewakan

Next week we will be welcoming Darren Teoh and the team of Dewakan Restaurant. We are thrilled and humbled to host such an incredible restaurant, but also excited about the potential doors that this collaboration will open for us creatively.

During the last 7 months, our understanding of “crossroads cooking” has continued to mature and evolve, but never have we deviated from the basic understanding that food is a universal language that can be learned, shared and used to communicate the most complex ideas.

The peninsula we find ourselves cooking in has been both a producer and filter of flavours incredibly influential to the rest of the world. One cannot disassociate the gastronomical identity of so many cuisines and their connection to the Malay Peninsula and with Darren we find a courageous hand, one that continues to inspire and promote the flavours and traditions of this part of the globe, his ancestry and our shared ancestry in a beautiful and delicious way. We are eager to listen and excited to taste!

We are open for Lunch from Tuesday to Friday 11:30 am to 3:00 pm , and Dinner from Monday to Saturday 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Last order for dinner at 10:30 pm.
We are closed on Sunday.
